Organizations & Teams

Flarite is built for teams. Every account belongs to an organization with shared credentials and a shared prompt pool.

How organizations work

When you sign up, a personal organization is automatically created for you. You can invite team members to join — they'll share the same SaaS integrations, credentials, and monthly prompt pool.

Inviting team members

  1. Go to Settings → Team in the Flarite dashboard.
  2. Click "Invite Member" and enter their email address.
  3. Choose their role (Admin or Member).
  4. Click Send Invite — they'll receive an email with a join link.

NoteInvite links expire after 7 days. If a member hasn't accepted, resend the invite from the Team settings page.

Shared credentials

API tokens added by any organization member are visible and usable by all members with appropriate role permissions. Only Owners and Admins can add or remove credentials.

Shared prompt pool

All members of an organization draw from the same monthly prompt pool. The Owner can view total usage across all members in Settings → Billing.
